Private Lessons

I have taught lots of young musicians. To date some students have been featured in complex for music productions, or gotten into competitive music school’s such as Creative Music School, Fiorello LaGuardia School and others.

Electronic Music

In 2013 I was hired to teach along side electronic musician/DJ’s who toured/worked with EPMD, Lil Wayne, Notorious B.I.G. and many more. While being the Program Director my job included connecting turtablism methodology with more traditional music pedagogy.

Group Percussion

While maintaining a dedicated private studio students in Brooklyn, I have also held many group educator jobs.  Wether it be organizing summer camps, running ensembles or group drum classes I have continued in the group as well as private context.  My various titles have included ensemble director, Amy Winehouse Teen Jazz Program Coordinator, electronic music group educator, group percussion educator and so on.
